Reservations
Spa services are available by appointment. When making your appointment, please advise us if you are pregnant or under a physician's care.

Initial Visit
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete a customer profile.

Late Arrivals
Please try to arrive early for your service(s) as we cannot guarantee late arrivals an extension of scheduled treatment time.

Cancellations
Please provide 48 hours notice to cancel appointments. We reserve the right to charge late cancellations and no-shows 50% of the scheduled treatment cost. Appointments are reserved by credit card.

Payments
In addition to ResultSPA gift certificates, we accept master card, visa, and cash. We accept North Carolina checks with a valid driver's license and phone number. Financing is available for esthetic procedures. Now accepting CareCredit®. Visit www.carecredit.com for more information.
