Gratuities are entirely at your disretion. For your convenience envelopes are provided at the front desk.

Electronics
As a courtesy to all of our spa customers and to maintain a tranquil environment, we request that all cell phones, and other electronic devices be de-activated.

Children
In consideration of your child's safety and the comfort of our guests, we require that children are only allowed in the spa when receiving services themselves. We require signed consent to perform any services on guests under 18.

Special Needs
All areas of our spa are easily accessible to disabled persons. Please let us know in advance if we can help to make your visit more comfortable.

Personal Belongings
Please dress as comfortably as possible. We have changing rooms and provide robes and limited locker space; however, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal items.
